Goodbye Old Friend

Today I finally said goodbye to an old friend, whom I knew and was close with for 25 years. The two of us had been through so much together. We went together to every concert I’ve ever attended, and my friend stood with me through every life-changing event.

Despite complicating life for me at times, you’ll be sorely missed.

2 Minutes to Midnight!

After a brutal 27 hours in induced labor, tons of breathing exercises, and much lost sleep, Aaron Samuel Firester was born vi C-section on 3/11 at 11:58pm, listening to the sounds of GnR’s My Michelle and AC/DC’s Hell’s Bells. Ah, he’s already off to a good start. To see more pictures, go here

Goodbye Friend

On August 24th, while on his way to the train station for work, Adam was broadsided by another car while crossing an intersection.  Luckily, Adam was able to walk away without any injury.  Unfortunately, the car was not nearly as lucky.  You can see here the damage caused by the other car, which was driven by some women without a license.  The car was totaled by the insurance company.

It’s a…Fetus!!!

The Firester family is about to get bigger.  Adam and Jane are expecting their first child in March 2008.  Though the sex is still unknown, the unborn child is already creating quite a stir…quite literally.  Below is a recent sonogram taken at the doctor during the 12th week.  Click on the photo below for more sonogram pictures.
